A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book, If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency, please give at least 24 hrs’ notice and you will be able to apply your deposit towards a future date. If you do not show or do not give 24 hrs’ notice, the deposit will not be applied towards a future date and you will be unable to reschedule with Victoria.
Cancellations
Please use the inquiry form to reach out and give any details you have about your desired service/date. Victoria will respond within 48 hrs to answer any questions you may have and get you on the schedule! Once you are on the schedule, the deposit must be paid within 24 hrs or your booking will be cancelled and your desired date will not be saved. Once you are booked and the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be sent a reminder of your apt 24 hours in advance with skin prep and other instructions for your appointment, so please make sure to read through it thoroughly.
